You may return your order within 14 days of your purchase. If there is a mistake done by Hippie60s with your order at all, we will send a replacement for no charge up to thirty days of the delivery. Additionally, if you need to exchange for a different size, we can print a new size for 50% off for you, but you still have to pay the shipping fee. Please note on refunds or exchange the shirt cannot be worn for return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our side. We will take it back no questions asked as well as pay the return shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

For products which are not broken but you want to return because you changed your mind about the purchase, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will review and can take the product back and will have to re-stock it. In a situation like this as long as the products are in their original conditions which include the packing, the tags, not worn etc then we will charge the customer a 15% re-stocking fee as well as the return shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
